I'm making dinner this year for 4 (so far), and looking forward to it. I'm planning to serve chicken breast (no carving, sorry Dad), with roast potatoes, (possibly with roasted parsnips), and either creamed spinach and carrots, or Asian slaw, which I served last year, with good effect. I've got ice-cream and tropical fruit, and/or custard and xmas puddings, as weather permits.
