I'm a young lady born and raised in Louisiana. Down here, we love to cook. We have gumbos, etouffee, sauce piquant, all the seafood, and rice and gravy's. Louisiana is known for its gumbo and the crawfish. I would love to know what food comes out of the state (country) you live in!
